Known as a premium retailer of GHD haircare products in the Australian market for many years, Hairhouse Warehouse was under the threat of losing market-share by new competitively priced Australian and international online retailers.
In a price driven market, we wanted to compete based on our clients superior pricing flexibility in order to maximize customer acquisition whilst also maximizing product profitably. We therefore implicated a strategy that enabled us to bid and increase our CPC (cost per click) and CPM (cost per thousand) based on competitor pricing resulting in the lowest CPA possible for each individual sale at that point in time.
Our extensive category experience coupled with media buying automation enabled us to implement and optimize a campaign that would enhance our CPC and CPM based on profitability and competitor pricing.
